Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Usage Policy”) supplements Loti Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) and describes the requirements that each Subscriber must adhere to in order to ensure the safe and responsible use of the Services for all users. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Usage Policy will have the meaning given to such terms in the Terms and Conditions.

Each Subscriber is entirely responsible for all materials and information that you upload via the Services.

Each Subscriber agree that it will not, and will not encourage or assist others to:

• Use the Services in a manner that may violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Upload or transmit (a) any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, or obscene, or infringes any third party’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; or (b) any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of any third party;
• Engage in unauthorized or deceptive impersonation by uploading images or voice recordings of people who have not given consent for their photographs or voice recordings to be shared; 
• Upload or share any materials involving adult nudity, child sex abuse, or other sexually explicit content;
• Communicate any message or material that is discriminatory or otherwise objectionable, such as materials that (i) contain hate or malicious content, (ii) incite or advocate terrorism or violence, or (iii) target individuals based on protected characteristics, including race, national or ethnic origin, religion, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or physical ability;
• Transmit any software or other materials that contain any viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, or other destructive items, or take any action that would abuse, damage, impair, or disrupt the Services; 
• Modify, adapt, translate, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Services; 
• Crawl, scrape, or spider any aspects of the Services;
• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or displayed on the Services;
• Attempt to override or circumvent any applicable safety filters made available as part of the Services.

Changes to this Usage Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Usage Policy at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
